Welcome to a fill in episode for Thursday night trivia here at Sean Patrick's! The usual trivia host called out to likely watch the Aces clinch a key playoff victory, but missed a heated trivia battle between our three teams tonight! Team "Mr. Superman No Here" lead the competition through most of the night but played at the level of their competition for multiple rounds. If not for two perfect rounds about Batman Villian Actors and World Geography it may have been a very different story. Teams "On Cloud Wine" and "The Prickley Pear" put up valiant efforts but came up just short. Your usual trivia host will be back next week so make sure to give him a warm welcome on Thursday at 7pm sharp at Sean Patricks!

Welcome back to our weekly Wednesday trivia night recap here at Wing Nutz! New teams "Singleton" and "Fighting Mongooses" came away victorious with our second to last place and second place prizes respectively. However, it was the returning team "Karen Wants to See the Manager" that took home our coveted first place prize of a $50 gift card to the restaurant! They also brought the spirit award as they cheered on new teams left and right. The night started off tough with questions about musical instruments and movie directors; but this trivia host was most disappointed in teams not recognizing his favorite, Taylor Swift during the music round with All Too Well (10 Minute Version, 30 second trivia clip version). If you want to get in on the trivia fun next week make sure to drop by Wing Nutz at 7pm off of 215 and North Decatur!

Welcome back to our Wednesday trivia night extravaganza at Wing Nutz! Our returning teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Schwingers" have learned in recent weeks to switch between 1st and 2nd to last place to parlay their free pitchers of beer for $50 gift cards to the restaurant. This trivia host is baffled but sure the liquid courage is helping these teams throw down debated on answers. Team "Just the Two of Us" returned after a long hiatus to proudly claim a second place prize of $25 to the restaurant but it was team "Zombie Appetizers" that won the best team name of the evening. Numerous teams were brought down by our dreaded Circuit Breaker round as usual when they mistakenly thought Noah released a dove first, but instead it was a raven. If you want to get in on the trivia fun then be sure to show up to Wing Nutz off of Decatur and 215 next Wednesday at 7pm sharp!

Welcome back to our next installment of Wednesday trivia nights at Wing Nutz! Our winners this evening decided to start drinking before the game began as opposed to during. They triumphed round after round and didn't use their usual joke answer of "A blank named Kathy" until the penultimate category, a challenging one asking for authors of famous films. They even surprisingly were the sole team to score a point in the final dreaded Circuit Breaker round where a single wrong answer wipes out your entire answer sheet. Plenty of teams mistakenly thought Kenya bordered the Atlantic Ocean or thought carbohydrates always contain nitrogen. A big congratulations to team "Groovy Swingers" as they took home the gold cup in this challenging evening of trivia. New team "Denver" brought the team spirit and nearly took over the whole bar but fell to third place with the difficult author and film round. Returning team "The Schwingers" have failed to win a p...
