If You Don't Get 1st, at Least Get 2nd to Last

Welcome back to our Wednesday trivia night extravaganza at Wing Nutz! Our returning teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Schwingers" have learned in recent weeks to switch between 1st and 2nd to last place to parlay their free pitchers of beer for $50 gift cards to the restaurant. This trivia host is baffled but sure the liquid courage is helping these teams throw down debated on answers. Team "Just the Two of Us" returned after a long hiatus to proudly claim a second place prize of $25 to the restaurant but it was team "Zombie Appetizers" that won the best team name of the evening. Numerous teams were brought down by our dreaded Circuit Breaker round as usual when they mistakenly thought Noah released a dove first, but instead it was a raven. If you want to get in on the trivia fun then be sure to show up to Wing Nutz off of Decatur and 215 next Wednesday at 7pm sharp!

Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
