Basketball and Trivia Best Friends Forever

Welcome back to our usual Tuesday night trivia night at Front Yard, though many teams hoped to win prizes to offset their basketball munchies only a few teams prevailed in the end. Utah Jizz not only won the funniest team name due to their relation to tonight's sporting event, but dominated the competition throughout the race with two perfect rounds. Burn and Turn was close on their heels all night but came up just short by a few points after throwing up multiple points in our circuit breaker round. Repeat team, Clitty Clitty Bang Bang brought the spirit points but unfortunately came up short and took the rear of the competition. Food, sports, alcohol, and trivia what more could you ask for on a Tuesday night so come on down to Front Yard at Ellis Island for weekly trivia starting at 7pm!

Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
