Nail Biter Finish at Front Yard

We're back with our weekly trivia fix at Front Yard, located in Ellis Island Hotel. Our seven teams went on a trivia adventure traveling rounds about bald people, bearded people, films, and science. Team The Family came up just short of our coveted 2nd to Last Place Award by one point but brought the family team spirit throughout the entire night. Our two leading teams also came down to a nail biter final point between teams "Sweet 16 Minus 7" and "March Maniacs" as Sweet 16 rose victoriously on the podium with a score of 45 compared to March Maniacs 44 points. Our Circuit Breaker round brought high stakes for many teams but one team questioned if there was a difference between "bones" and "teeth enamel", of which there was (after a quick fact check) resulting in the dreaded zero points for the round. Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Bikini Questions to End the Summer

Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
