Robot Brain Trivia: A Night of Fun, Friendly Competition, and Great Prizes at Sticks Tavern

Last night at Sticks Tavern, Robot Brain Trivia saw a new host take the reins—Bobby! Seven teams of trivia buffs gathered for an exciting evening, with 34 people competing for some fantastic prizes. The energy was high, and the atmosphere was filled with friendly banter as teams tested their knowledge across various categories.

As always, there was a fun twist to the night, with the competition heating up as the rounds progressed. But perhaps the highlight of the night was the Best Team Name award. This time, Bobby—hosting for the first time—felt a special connection with the team named "We're Trying." It was a fun nod to his own experience as a first-time host, and it got the crowd laughing.

An Intense Battle for 1st Place

The real drama came during the final bonus round, where the stakes were high. The winning team managed to answer every question correctly, securing a perfect score in the bonus round. Their flawless performance brought a roar of applause, making it clear that it was a well-deserved victory. It was an exciting end to a night filled with trivia, camaraderie, and great prizes.

We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
