Escape to Victory: A Trivia Night Recap

The Spot was the place to be on 5/7/2025 for another exciting trivia night hosted by the fabulous Lucy! The energy was high as teams battled it out for the top spot. In the end, it was Escaped Alcatraz who emerged victorious, showcasing their knowledge and quick thinking. However, they had some tough competition from the clever Space Monkey Mafia, who came in as the runner-up with their impressive performance. The vibe was electric with a packed house full of both familiar faces and newcomers, all enjoying the delicious food, yummy drinks, and the fantastic bar and server staff. Congratulations to all the teams who participated and made it a night to remember at The Spot!

Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
