Monkey Business and Karma Drama: A Trivia Night Showdown at HUDL

Hold onto your hats, folks! The latest trivia night at HUDL on 5/28/2025 was one for the books. The energy was buzzing as teams battled it out for the top spot. In a fierce competition, Space Monkey Mafia swung their way to victory, leaving A Bitch Named Karma hot on their tail in the runner-up spot. But the real winners of the night were Drinks on Darrel, taking home the title of Funniest Team and the hearts of the crowd with their witty banter and quick comebacks. As the night unfolded, the room was packed to the brim with eager trivia enthusiasts, soaking in the lively atmosphere and challenging questions served up by host Zoey Walker. With prizes like $15 gift cards for the winners, $10 gift cards for the runners-up, and even a 4-pack of beer for the team that nearly made it to the bottom, the stakes were high. Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
