Karmic Victory: A Trivia Night Triumph at HUDL

Last night at HUDL, the trivia competition was fierce and full of surprises! The winning team, aptly named 'A bitch named karma', dominated the game and walked away with $45 in gift cards. Not far behind was the runner-up team 'Beer pressure', who snagged $30 in gift card prizes. Even the team that came in second to last didn't leave empty-handed, scoring a pack of beers to drown their sorrows. The vibe was electric, with laughter filling the air as people racked their brains over tricky questions. And let's not forget the hilarious moment when the picture of Copernicus left everyone scratching their heads! With cranberry beer flowing and host Corey Brown leading the charge, it was a night to remember at HUDL's trivia night.

We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
