Taking Off My Glasses to Hear the Music Round Better

Welcome back to our usual Thursday trivia night at Sean Patrick's! It's not often that we have a team put up a staggering 50 points, but team "Taking Off My Glasses to Hear Better" took home the prize in a landslide after demolishing three perfect rounds. Not too shabby for a team that thought "Pinkachu" was a real pokemon last week. We also had a valiant battle for our runner up spots with "One-Hit Wonders" taking home a silver place prize of a $20 gift card to the restaurant and repeat customers "Cliterally Unstoppable" sneaking in a second to last place prize. Team "Elon Musk's Thursday Meltdown" was awarded our funniest team name and brought home our spirit prize, though they did not get rewarded with this trivia host singing out "Jason Derulo" while announcing our music round's answers. Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
