Trivia Triumph at Hog & Tradition!

The vibes were electric at Hog & Tradition last night as trivia enthusiasts gathered for a battle of wits. The winning team, Massive 2 Shits, dominated the competition, leading by a whopping 12 points before the final round. It was a tough race for 2nd place, with BBQ-Tees coming in as the runner-up. The teams showcased their knowledge on a variety of topics, from pop culture to history, making for an exciting and engaging night of brain-teasing fun. Hosted by the ever-charming Michaeljoe Lombardo, the trivia night featured delicious brisket and the best macaroni and cheese to fuel the players' minds. Congratulations to Massive 2 Shits on their victory and to all the teams who participated in the spirited competition!

We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
