School and Sleep Can Wait, Trivia Matters More

Welcome back to our weekly Wednesday Trivia Night at Wing Nutz off of Decatur and the 215! School and responsibilities have taken a toll on our trivia teams but the regulars are holding strong. In our competition of three teams, "Just Wingin' It" took home our gold prize after splitting off from their usual group. They trounced their former companions "One Wingy Dingy" by 16 points. Team "Anna Banana's Bed Time" held a great fight but were brought down by a sleepy infant teammate. Team "The Wing Flaps Alone" may have been lonely but brought the spirit award as they enjoyed their prize of a free pitcher of beer solo. Come join us next week to get in on the trivia fun at 7pm sharp at Wing Nutz!

Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
