Farewell to Hudl Trivia Part 1

Welcome back to another trivia installment at Hudl Brewing Company, home to many wonderful trivia nights over the years. We're deeply saddened to hear of their closing but glad to have so many trivia patrons bid them a fond farewell two weeks of trivia. On a chilly night filled with cake and laughter team "Abby Would Know" demolished the competition and even confidently brought up their answer sheet during our Circuit Breaker round early. Teams "Tumbleweeds", "Farewell Fellows" and "Hudl Up" all were tied in second place going into our final round but it was "Tumbleweeds" that tip toed the unforgiving Circuit Breaker round and avoided missing a question there to pull away. Unfortunately for them, team "The Team That Wrote the Entire Script of the Bee Movie As Their Team Name" sneaked by with a single point to take second place. Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Bikini Questions to End the Summer

Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
