Near Perfect Double Round!

Our chilly Wednesday night trivia at Voodoo Brewing Company started off with a bang in our science section, three teams roared out of the starting blocks with 9 points each. New team "Phil's Orphans" were in the heat of the race throughout the entire evening, unlike the Packers gear that they were sporting. Unfortunately for team "Tumbleweeds" they've tumbled down these last two weeks with last place finishes, narrowly losing in a tiebreaker with team "Solo for Two". On the other side, team "The Sparkling Unicorns" have risen from the ashes of not winning the gold prize last week to a near perfect double point circuit breaker round. Eighteen points helped propel them from a 3rd place finish to the summit of the Wednesday night trivia crew. Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Bikini Questions to End the Summer

Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
