Tinsel and Trivia: A Festive Night at The Spot

With Christmas just around the corner, The Spot transformed into a merry wonderland for last night's trivia extravaganza. Hosted by the delightful Lucy, teams gathered to battle it out in a holly, jolly competition. The winning team, Sparkling Unicorn, galloped their way to victory with their impressive knowledge. But let's not forget about the runner-up team, Steamy, who brought the heat with their trivia skills. And of course, a special shoutout to the team that brought the most laughs of the night! The prizes were as hearty as the portions on the new menu, with $50 for first place, $25 for second, and even a free dessert for the team that came second to last. The holiday spirit was in full swing with Christmas cocktails flowing and comfort food aplenty. Here's to another sparkling night at The Spot!

Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. Welcome back to another Wednesday Trivia Night installment here at Wing Nutz! Rookie teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Smiths" both came away with prizes but it was returning team "Wing Some, Lose Some" that won the best team name award and our silver place prize of a $25 gift card to the restaurant. Team "Groovy Swingers" came away with a free pitcher of beer but also brought comic relief with answers ranging from "taking a wing break" to "that b*tch named Kathy".
