In a summer blockbuster twist, The Beach House's usual trivia host had gone missing but a replacement appeared to keep the night going. Five teams battled it out for the coveted prize of discounted food and free beer, because we all know which is more important. Team "Mitch McConnell's Body Doubles" fell short in their costumes and trivia chops this evening but did take home our spirit award, wooing in the corner, as well as our Dum Dum prize of dum dum lollipops! Team "Mensa Meeting Rejects" may have had their team name read wrong, my bad, but clearly should've been mensa meeting members as they skated to first place. If you want to get in on the fun then join us next week at 7pm sharp on Tuesday night at The Beach House down in Henderson!

Welcome to our Wednesday trivia night installment at HUDL Brewery with a substitute host! We had a large crowd tonight with 13 teams and 50 people total battling for our coveted prizes; however it was team "Space Monkey Mafia" that took home the gold prize of three $15 gift cards to the brewery as they scored no less than 8 points in each round! Team "The See You Next Tuesdays" came in a close second place but fell behind by one single point. Teams "Code Brown" and "Brits Abroad" battled for our second to last place prize but it came down to a nerve wracking tie breaker question about Taylor Swift's debut album, questioning how many seconds was the entire length of the album. A Winning Team Named Kathy

Welcome back to our next installment of Wednesday trivia nights at Wing Nutz! Our winners this evening decided to start drinking before the game began as opposed to during. They triumphed round after round and didn't use their usual joke answer of "A blank named Kathy" until the penultimate category, a challenging one asking for authors of famous films. They even surprisingly were the sole team to score a point in the final dreaded Circuit Breaker round where a single wrong answer wipes out your entire answer sheet. Plenty of teams mistakenly thought Kenya bordered the Atlantic Ocean or thought carbohydrates always contain nitrogen. A big congratulations to team "Groovy Swingers" as they took home the gold cup in this challenging evening of trivia. New team "Denver" brought the team spirit and nearly took over the whole bar but fell to third place with the difficult author and film round. If You Don't Get 1st, at Least Get 2nd to Last

Welcome back to our Wednesday trivia night extravaganza at Wing Nutz! Our returning teams "Groovy Swingers" and "The Schwingers" have learned in recent weeks to switch between 1st and 2nd to last place to parlay their free pitchers of beer for $50 gift cards to the restaurant. This trivia host is baffled but sure the liquid courage is helping these teams throw down debated on answers. Team "Just the Two of Us" returned after a long hiatus to proudly claim a second place prize of $25 to the restaurant but it was team "Zombie Appetizers" that won the best team name of the evening. Numerous teams were brought down by our dreaded Circuit Breaker round as usual when they mistakenly thought Noah released a dove first, but instead it was a raven. If you want to get in on the trivia fun then be sure to show up to Wing Nutz off of Decatur and 215 next Wednesday at 7pm sharp!
